• Security cameras at entry/exit points and in shared common areas for property safety

House Rules & Living Standards

To maintain a safe and respectful shared housing environment, all residents agree to the following House Rules:

• No drugs or illegal substances permitted on the property

• No alcohol permitted on the property

• Respect for shared spaces and other residents

• Quiet hours observed 

• Visitor limitations apply
